Lauren Measure has been a management executive within Waters & Sims for the last 15 years. After graduating from Wesley College in 1994 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, she began her career at The ARC of Monmouth as a Residential Manager.
It was at ARC where she began her career improving the lives of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
She brought her experience to Waters & Sims in 1997, developing and growing their Supported Employment program.
She has worked successfully with hundreds of clients and their families in establishing realistic employment plans and helping them reach their full potential in the workplace.
As President/Director, Lauren is responsible for the daily operations of the company including monitoring program goals and state regulations, fiscal accountability, budget allocation and analysis, staff development and training, new office development, grant writing and collection and reporting of statistical reports.
Monica Nydick has been a management executive with Waters & Sims for the last 14 years. After obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at The New York Institute of Technology, she entered the world of post-secondary education. As Placement Director for The Katharine Gibbs Schools, she specialized in job placement of graduating students referred through the Workfirst programs.
She joined Waters & Sims in 1998 , creating new occupational programs, coordinating and facilitating job-readiness training workshops ,increasing job placement rate and establishing strong community collaboration with employers.
As Vice President/Director, she has assisted the WFNJ population gain occupational success and self-sufficiency while sharing responsible for the daily operations of the company including monitoring program goals and state regulations, budgeting, staff development and training, employee payroll and benefits, grant writing and collection and reporting of statistical reports.
